today we provide solutions that ranges from the small reseller that lets us convert all his documents monthly for less than $100 per month to fully searchable and indexed documents to municipalities where vdocs managed the entire paper to digital conversion of over tens of thousands of property records into fully searchable and fully indexed documents that are available online.

vdocs corp is a minority owned family business headquartered in seminole, florida.  we provide our customers document management solutions since 2004.  vdocs corp is a member of the FRMA (Florida Records Management Association).   vdocs corp  is owned and operated by anabella and stefan hoppe.  we pride our selves of managing a small family business with all the vast experience gained in prior professions.  anabella has a long history as teacher and college professor and holds several masters degrees and a doctor in educational leadershipy.  stefan holds a dual masters degree in business and chemical engineering and has over 15 years experience in IT/document technology.  prior co-managing vdocs, stefan hoppe held several technical, sales, management and sr management positions with xerox corp.
