Bates Stamp Service

The creation of Bates Stamp Records is normally a two Step Process:

1. Mail PST Files to PDF Conversion including attachments. In addition to Mail PST Files, MS Word, MS Excel, Jpg Files need to be converted to PDF

2. Bates Stamp: The second step is to apply the Bates Stamp to the PDF and create Bates Stamped PDF files.

VDCOS Bates Stamper is a production-based Bates stamping software that allows for thousands of documents to be Bates stamped very quickly.
